Abstract

The globalization of markets coupled with revolutionary advances in communication and information technology has brought a new and more complex environment. In the past few years, many enterprises tried to address the increasing pressure of globalization, having more flexibility and quick response to the customer requirement and decreasing economic growth with cost-cutting programs and concentration on core competencies.
