Abstract

The work aims to identify the characteristics of organizational learning and innovation in the staff of specialty coffee shops in Ibagué, Tolima. For the collection of the data, we used two instruments, for the arganizational learning variable the Level Scale and conditions for organizational learning; and to identify the type of culture and innovation Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument. The study population is based on 32 shops in specialty coffee from which a sample was taken from the staff of 10 stores, i.e. 33 people, for by means of non-probabilistic sampling. As a result, it was found that store employees show a high rate of group and organizational learning levels, but a low rate of transfer of information at the individual level. In terms of types of culture, there was a The predominance of clan-type and adhocratic culture that favours shops with a high innovation culture index.
