DescriptionThe paper is derived from the doctoral thesis entitled "Children's Narratives on Homosexuality". The objective was to understand the narratives on the subject of homosexuality in a group of 23 school children in the city of Ibagué, Colombia, in relation to their family, school, social and cultural context. In the framework of the presentation, emphasis will be placed on an approach to the analysis of the legal, cultural, social, school and family context in relation to the issue of sexual diversity and education for sexuality, which underpins the need for studies from the field of social and human sciences, as well as the consolidation of educational projects on sexuality from an early age.
The results of the study suggest the adoption of the Epistemology of the known subject and Narrative as possible bets of ontological, epistemological and methodological approach to sexuality, both in the research and educational fields, which recognize children as sexual subjects, politicians, citizens and narratives. In particular, different qualitative techniques are described which, recreated through play, make possible the dialogical emergence of narratives and the collective construction of knowledge.
